I want to say thank you for all your help these first three months I’ve
been training with you.  You pushed me to limits that I would never
have achieved on my own.  Because of this, I’ve lost 3.7% body fat
in the first three months working with you, and looking to loose some
more.  I know with your continued help and motivation that I will soon
be at my goal of 11% body fat.  Your easy going personality makes
it a pleasure to come to the gym and I look forward to continuing with
you for months to come

Dear Rob,                                                     
Thanks so much for all the hard work you have put forth in training our family.
Tyler and Tim have
improved so much in the last 2years with football.
Tyler has been recognized for his increased speed,
agility, and work effort.  He has gone from occasional first string to a permanent first string offensive
lineman.  I know that with
Tyler’s dedication and your expertise he will attain his goal of playing college
football. Tim has been steadily improving his running technique in football. He is a dedicated weight
training pre-teen. He may only be 10 years old now, but his improvements over the last year and a half
have given him more self confidence and assertiveness.  He has a new goal now of one day entering
bodybuilding as a teenager. Thank you for opening up a whole new area of learning for my children.

Lissy is impatiently waiting her turn to learn from you as well. She watches her brothers
and desperately wants to do what they do in the gym.  She is eager to do more than the elliptical or
treadmill.  For me, training with you has decreased my stress, and increased my energy. I have also
lowered my body fat and increased my strength. I get compliments all the time for how young I look to
actually have three children as old as they are. Thanks again!!

Rob,

I just wanted to write you to thank you for all of your help and guidance through my
training with you.  When I started training with you in September I had never lifted
weights in my life and was pretty intimidated, but your professional attitude and
friendliness helped immensly.  You were always patient and worked with me to meet
my goals.  Over the past 2 months I have seen results in both my strength and
physical appearance.  My body fat has dropped 1% and I have gained muscle
mass.  I have muscles now that I never knew I had and without beoming "bulky"
which I know a lot of women fear.  I know if I would have had some macho trainer I
would have quit but thanks to you I am confident enough to keep at it myself.  Again,
thank you for all your help.  I now feel like I can do it myself and I would have been
terrified before.  I actually enjoy lifting weights which has been a nice surprise!

novice as myself, I enjoy reading and learning as much as I possibly can about

What can I say about Rob,
I came to Rob when I ran out of answers. I have trained with trainers since I was 13 but they were more of
work out buddies than trainers... I wanted something new, something to keep me going back to the gym, I
was looking for a challenge.. My whole life I failed many attempts of losing weight. My biggest fear was
taking my shirt off in front of people. I was ashamed of my body but didn’t know anything about training and
nutrition. In the seventh grade I weighed in at 153 for wrestling at 5.5". In sports I was always put in the
positions for the heavier kid. My self esteem was low and I didn’t have the confidence to socialize, all out of
this fear... In time I began to learn how to take care of my self. I began to see a nutritionist and exercising. I
saw results but I began to plateau. In time I quit seeing results and began the process of giving up... But I
still had some fight in me... I felt ashamed to ask for extra help because I thought I had all of the answers.
Well I didn’t and I think that’s people biggest downfall in the gym.. I got over the idea that I knew everything
and found Rob. I told Rob, I want a trainer not a work out buddy. And that is exactly what I got. In the gym I
was the student and Rob was the teacher. Out of the gym we were good friends. I trained with Rob for 8
months and the improvements were eye shocking. I grew to feel comfortable with my body and for the first
time I took my shirt off. Not for girls but for a modeling agency and now I live in Los Angeles doing just that.
All because I surrendered and asked for help.. Just take the first step in faith, you don’t have to see the
whole stair case, just take the first step... Thank You Rob.

I came to you almost 5 months ago to see if you could help me in becoming a healthy
runner by adding proper strength training to my routine, so that I would have less
chance of injuring myself again.  Not only have you shown me how to do so, but you

I heard about Rob through a friend that uses him for his boy’s baseball program.  I
asked Rob if he would be willing to help my 12U girls fast pitch softball team.  We
needed help with basics, “how to run properly”, how to increase foot speed, as well as
overall conditioning.  He worked with our team in small group rotations and made a
great effort to incorporate softball skill development into his conditioning/speed
training.  He put together a structured eight (8) week training program, and because of
his efforts every girl increased their foot speed during his training.  Rob’s attitude and

was to get me off the 30 year rollercoaster.”


In September 2006 I went to Rob and told him I wanted to lose weight for my daughter’s wedding.
Six months and 30 pounds later, I looked my all time best for her big day.
You may say, big deal, there isn’t that much difference in the before/after pictures. Well, I could
show you much fatter pictures of myself, but this is where I was on my 30 year rollercoaster of
losing and gaining weight.

I have seriously battled this rollercoaster for 30 years and what Rob did for me, more than
anything, was to get me off the 30 year rollercoaster. A year has passed since the wedding and I
have maintained my weight. That’s a first for me. Yes, we would all like the magic solution to lose
weight. There is not one, but Rob given me the key to a healthy lifestyle of nutrition and exercise.
Having a personal trainer who not only helped me with my exercise but also monitored my weight,
body fat, and nutrition program made the difference that got me off the rollercoaster and on with

When I first started working out with you in January of 2004, I was nearly 21% body fat
and I frequently felt tired.  Over the span of seven months, I have more than doubled
my strength, reduced my body fat down to 15%, and vastly improved my energy level.  
People notice the difference in my appearance, and my friends often compliment me
on my new physique (especially the lack of a huge gut).  While I will never be as much
of a hunk as you are (I would need to shave my head first), I am on my way to having
a body that I am proud of.  I owe a lot of this to you.  You do a great job of correcting
my form, varying the exercises, and providing encouragement on those days that I
need it.  Thanks for being such a great trainer.

Dear Rob,

I would like to say thank you for helping me get in
shape.  When I started working out in early February,
I was at 26% body fat.   In less than 5 months, I've
dropped 3% body fat, and I'm continuing to turn more
fat into muscle.  My clothes fit better, and I've got
more energy, too.  Even after losing a lot of weight
on my own, I was really out of shape and diet alone
wasn't working anymore.  At 27, I'm now in better
shape than I've ever been, and I actually like working
out!   Your friendliness and encouragement also play a
big part.  If I had to do this on my own, or with a
"drill sergeant" trainer, I would have quit.  It's
great to have a motivating trainer that knows how to
get results!
