Randy has been training with me since
1-7-04. In less then 3 months Randy
has doubled his strength, and we are
watching his belly and bodyfat drop
weekly. His attitude is second to non
about his training which makes it a lot
easier for me.

I want to take the time to thank you for all that you have done to help me reach my
fitness goals.  

When I first started working out with you in January of 2004, I was nearly 21% body fat
and I frequently felt tired.  Over the span of seven months, I have more than doubled
my strength, reduced my body fat down to 15%, and vastly improved my energy level.  
People notice the difference in my appearance, and my friends often compliment me
on my new physique (especially the lack of a huge gut).  While I will never be as much
of a hunk as you are (I would need to shave my head first), I am on my way to having
a body that I am proud of.  I owe a lot of this to you.  You do a great job of correcting
my form, varying the exercises, and providing encouragement on those days that I
need it.  Thanks for being such a great trainer.
