Do or Do not there is no Try

Rob,
Looking back over the last four or five months I am extremely happy
with the gains I have accomplished with your help. I am confident that
without your quiet, yet intense, focused support I would have quit or
had an injury sometime during that first month, (I think I told you
about my 'accident' in high-school)I really look forward to our
workouts and being around your healthy outlook on life, for it is
contagious and has changed my life for the better, thank-you! I am
also excited to see additional positive changes in the future.
Sincerely your friend,
Robyn.
Robyn has been working out with me on and off
for over 4 months now. She has came a long
way since we met for our first workout. Not only
has she became stronger and toner she has
also lost 4% body fat and gained around 4 lbs
of lean muscle. She has accomplished this by
eating better, weight training, and incorporating
aerobic work into her daily routine. Great Job
Robyn.
The benefits of weight training
The list of positive benefits for women who lift is long: increased strength, higher self-esteem, positive body image,
etc. In most aspects, weight training's positive results mirror those seen by men. Fitness is also passed to the next
generation. Pregnant women who exercise have healthier babies.
Gaining muscle contributes to that sought after "toned" look that many women seek. Also, muscle gains contribute to
a greater calorie burn by the body. A pound of muscle burns more calories than a pound of fat.
Weight lifting can also ward off osteoporosis by laying a more solid skeletal foundation. Every time a woman lifts, she
builds muscle and increases the bone density of the bones that muscle is attached too and a benefit that lasts.
