Rob is one of my hardest training clients, and that is one reason he has made such fast
gains, and losses. In just 3 short months he has dropped his body fat from 23% to
18.2%. Not only has he lost 9 lbs of fat, but he has also gained 15 lbs of muscle.
Rob started training with me 3 times a week. He now trains with me once a week and
continues to train on his own two more times a week. It just shows that it takes hard
work and discipline on his own to make these types of gains and losses.
