Rob,
I came to you almost 5 months ago to see if you could help me in becoming a healthy
runner by adding proper strength training to my routine, so that I would have less
chance of injuring myself again. Not only have you shown me how to do so, but you
guided me to successfully complete my first 10k, and as the marathon approaches I'm
convinced without your help I would not be healthy enough to do it. (Whether you take
the credit or not). And a nice "little" added bonus is that you helped me change my
shape so that I went down 2 dress sizes! What woman doesn't like that! Thank you for
your expertise and motivation.

Missy has been training with me since October 07.
She came to me asking for guidance and training
in order to be a healthier runner. The weight
training has improved her running and also allowed
her to drop 2 dress sizes, gain 5lb of lean mass,
and lose 4% of her body fat. She is now running
her first 15 K in March and running a 1/2 Marathon
