This a short not to say THANK YOU for assisting me in achieving my goals of both
reductions in weight and in inches!!
When i begun with you 32 sessions ago (12 weeks), I was 195 lbs and a size 16/18. I
was tired a lot and nothing I could do worked for reducing both pounds and inches. i
had a very low energy level and wanted to get back into shape the right way.
Within 12 weeks I was down to a size 14 and lost 13lbs of total fat, and gained 10lbs
of muscle. The most impressive thing the fact that I look as though I have lost more
than 13lbs! My ring and watch spin on my fingers and wrist due to the loss of
unwanted fat. The high Protein low fat diet along with the 3 weekly workouts
(including the recommended vitamins and fat burning supplements) have assisted in
my success. I feel %100 better and my energy level is back on track!!
I not only feel and look better but I also have a better understanding of how I should
eat and what I should be eating due to our one-on-one discussions on my progress
each week. Recording my progress has assisted me in seeing where I am and
where I need to be at.
