Matt has been with me for just over a
month now, and he has made some
incredible gains, and losses. In one
month he lost 11lbs, and 2% bodyfat.
His strength has went up, and he says
he feels so much better about himself.
The reason for his success: I gave him
a meal plan, and he has followed it to a
T. He has not missed a scheduled
workout, and he keeps a positive
attitude. Super job Matt.

Thanks for sending the e-mail with the all of the cool web site links. Being a novice as myself, I enjoy reading and
learning as much as I possibly can about fitness and bodybuilding. Every little bit helps. I'm really surprised that you
followed up on sending me the links, not that I didn't think you would. That just shows that really care about each
individual person that you train with. I finally checked out your web site too, and thought it was great. I've never made a
web site before, but you must put a lot time and effort into building and maintaining it. Once again I thank you helping
me out as much as you have!
