Liz Started training with me the
beginning of February 2005. Since
that time she has lost a total of 17 lbs,
and reduced her bodyfat to 21%. Liz
done this by combining Cardio and
good nutrition with her strength
training. This  has also improved her
performance, and ability on the soccer
field.
