I have been training Dr. Smith for 8
weeks and he has reduced his bodyfat
and increased his strength along with
rehabing a bad knee. Which is doing
very well. Now I just have to get him to
stick to his diet. LOL

Just a quick note to let you know how much I appreciate your vigilance and dedication in helping me achieve my
fitness goals. I called you out of desperation realizing that I had dropped the ball and had my priorities way out of
order. Everything else first and my well-being last.
I have been involved in the fitness industry since the 80’s. I owned two workout facilities in Toledo and even
competed back in the late 80’s. I know a good trainer when I see one and you are an A++.
Stick to your guns and keep up the good work. You are, unfortunately, West Chester’s best kept secret.
